I was always someone who said, “I will travel someday, when someone can go with me…”. Then one day, I had enough of waiting, and I set out for a 2 week trip from America to Europe with an organized tour.

After a 10 day adventure to Europe, I wanted more, and I wanted to go at my own pace. The first solo trip I took was to Italy and to Greece. I worked hard on planning the hotels and transportation, but didn’t think of anything else. What about good restaurants? What about day tours? How close is my hotel from the main train station? 

Many details slipped my mind, and time was wasted since I wasn’t prepared. I knew next time, I can do this better! 

I’ve been doing it better since, and it’s time I share my tips and tricks of traveling well.
